3 AUTO TRAILERS o o"; PROVIDING REGULATIONS FOR THE PARKING OF
TRAILERS AND MOBILE HOMES PERMITTING THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL
4 TO AUTHORIZE THE PARKING OF COMMERCIAL TRAILERS AND MOBILE HOMES
FOR A PERIOD OF TWO (2) YEARSg AUTHORIZING THE PARKING OF CON>

DO ORDAIN AS FOLIAWSo
8 SECTION to Ordinance Noo 1848 Section One is hereby
9 amended to read as followso
10 "SECTION ONEo It shall be unlawful to park any mobile
11 home, trailer coach or trailer on any premises other than in
12 conformity with Division 13 Part 2 of the Health and Safety Code
13 or other applicable law or regulations, except as hereinafter
14 set forth.
15 SECTION 20 Ordinance No, 1848 Section Two is hereby
16 amended to read as followso

17 "SECTION TWO; One trailer or one mobile home may be
I
18 parked in an accessory building, private garage building or j
19 directly to the rear of the dwelling house or garage and upon
20 the same lot, provided that there is compliance with each of the
21 following conditionsg
22 to The length thereof shall not exceed thirty-five (35)
23 feet for a mobile home, fifteen (15) feet for a utility trailer,
24 open or enclosed, and twenty-five (25) feet for a boat trailero
25 2, Any trailer or mobile home shall comply with the
26 current provisions of the Vehicle Code of the State of California,
27
and shall be maintained in an operative condition at all times
28
with tires maintained and inflated to normal operating prec-sureso
29
3e The trailer or mobile home shall have an unimpeded
30
access to a public way without the need for removal of any
31
structure or for any special ground preparationo Such access
32

1 shall not pass through nor encroach on any adjoining loto
2 4o There shall be no human habitation or occupancy of
3 such trailer or mobile home and utilities shall not be connected
4 theretoo"
5 SECTION 3a Ordinance Noo 1848 Section Three is hereby
g amended to read as follows;
7 "SECTION THREEg Unoccupied trailers or mobile homes may
g be parked for the purpose of sale, rent or storage at the sales
g yards specifically zoned for that purposed"
10 SECTION 4o Ordinance Noo 1848 Section Four is hereby
11 amended to read as follows:
12~ "SECTION FOUR: Upon approval of the Mayor and Common
13 Council and subject to any conditions they might impose, an
14 automobile trailer, trailer coach, or trailer may be parked on
15 any commercial premises for a period not to exeeed two (2) years
16 for a use permitted in the zoning district in which such premises

17 are locatedo
lg Any automobile trailer, trailer coach, or trailer may be
lg parked on any premises for use as an office or a warehouse or for
20 a night watchman while being utilized for a construction project
21 on the premises, provided it shall be removed within twenty-four
22 (24) hours after the completion of the projecto"
23 SECTION 5o Ordinance Noo 1848 Section Five is hereby
24 repealeda
