2 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AMENDING ORDI-
NANCE NO. 2037 ENTITLED IN PART "AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE
3 ESTABLISHMENT OF PARKING METER ZONES ."; AND SUSPENDING THE
PROVISIONS THEREOF.

THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO
5 DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
6 SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 2037 Section Fifteen is hereby
7' amended to read as follows:
8 "SECTION FIFTEEN: This ordinance and each and every
9 amendment thereto, except Section Four Subsections (a) and (b),
10 Section Eight Subsection (d), Section Eleven and Section Twelve
11 thereof, shall be suspended, inoperative and ineffective for a
12' period of ten years commencing on July 1, 1967.
13 The suspension of the operation of this ordinance for a
14 period of ten years commencing on July 1, 1967 shall not affect
15 the validity of other parking time limitations imposed by law
16 upon the use of the streets or other public places."
