HomeMy WebLinkAbout3063 1 ORDINANCE NO.~e~, 2 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 1991 KNOWN AS THE "LAND USE ZONING ORDINANCE"; RECLASSIFYING AND REZONING CERTAIN 3 PARCELS OF LAND; AND AMENDING THE ZONING MAP ACCORDINGLY. 4 THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWSo 5 SECTION to That Ordinance No. 1991 Section 27.2 which 6 reclassifies and rezones certain parcels of real property within 7 the City of San Bernardino and amends the zoning map accordingly 8 is hereby amended by adding thereto the following8 9 PARCEL SIX HUNDRED SIX (Petition No. 850) 10 Government Lots 4 and 5 in the southwest one- 11 quarter of Section 10, Township 1 North, Range 4 West, San Bernardino Meridian in the City of 12 San Bernardino, in the County of San Bernardino, State of California, according to Government 13 Survey. Except that portion of said Lot 4 de- scribed as follows; Parcel to Commencing at 14 the northwest corner of said Government Lot 4° thence east along the north line of said Lot ~+, 15 313.5 feet; thence south to the southerly line of property herein described; thence westerly 16 along the said southerly line of property herein described to the west line of said Lot 4; thence 17 north along the west line of said Lot 4 to the point of beginning.
