2 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 1991 KNOWN AS THE
"LAND USE ZONING ORDINANCE"; RECLASSIFYING AND REZONING CERTAIN
3 PARCELS OF LAND; AND AMENDING THE ZONING MAP ACCORDINGLY.
4 THE MAXOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO
DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS;

SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 1991 Section 27.2 which

reclassifies and rezones certain parcels of real property within

the City of San Bernardino and amends the zoning map accordingly
8
9 is hereby amended by adding thereto the followingo
PARCEL SIX HUNDRED NINE (Petition No, 854)

All that portion of the southwest 1/4 of Section 16,
11 and the northwest 1/4 of Section 21, Township 1 North,
Range 4 West, bounded as followso On the west by the
12 east line of Mountain Drive; on the south by the north-
easterly line of Kendal T•. Drive and 40th Street; on the
13~ north by the southwesterly line of the San Bernardino
County Flood Control Channel and on the east by the
14, west line of Third Avenue, said easterly boundary also
being described as the intersection of the north line
