2 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 1991 KNOWN AS THE
"LAND USE ZONING ORDINANCE"; RECLASSIFYING AND REZONING CERTAIN
3 PARCELS OF LAND; AND AMINDING THE ZONING MAP ACCORDINGLY.
4 THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO
DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION 1. That Ordinance No, 1991 Section 27.2 which
6
reclassifies and rezones certain parcels of real property within
7
the City of San Bernardino and amends the zoning map accordingly
8
g is hereby amended by adding thereto the real property described
10 as follows:
11 PARCEL SIX HUNDRED EIGHTEIN (Petition No. 861)
12 Portion of Lot 7, Block 59, Rancho San Bernardino,
in the City of San Bernardino, County of San
13 Bernardino, State of California, described as
follows: Commencing at a point at the southwest
14 corner of 17th Street and Western Avenue, thence
west 230 feet, thence south 113.5 feet, thence
15 east 230 feet, thence north 113.5 feet to the
point of beginning,
16 (Southwest corner of 17th Street and Western
17 Avenue)
18 From Zone Classification R-1-7200 Single Family
Residential to A-P Administrative-Professional
19 District.
20 PARCEL SIX HUNDRED NINETEIN (Petition No.864)
21 Parcel 1: That portion of Lot 4, Block 75, Nine
cr~urvey of Rancho San Bernardino, as per plat
22 recorded in Book 7 of Maps, page 2, records of
San Bernardino County, described as follows:
28 Commencing at a point 283-57/100 feet north of
the Northeast corner of "D" Street and Eleventh
24 Street, said first mentioned corner 41-1/4 feet
East of the West line of said Lot, and 30 feet
25 North of the South line of said Lot 4; thence
East 135 feet; thence North 64 feet; thence West
26 135 feet to the East boundary line of "D" Street;
thence South 64 feet to the point of beginning,

joint tenants, dated August 22, 1944; thence East

thence North along said Mayfield Avenue 77.14 feet
