HomeMy WebLinkAbout3120 1 ORDINANCE NO. 2 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AMENDING ORDI- NANCE NO. 2397 ENTITLED IN PART "AN ORDINANCE CREATING 3 THE POSITION OF ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER AND PROVIDING FOR THE DISCHARGE OF SAID OFFICER BY A VOTE OF FIVE-SEVENTHS OF THE 4 COMMON COUNCIL. 5 THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: 6 SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 2397 Section Three is hereby 7 amended to read as follows: 8 "SECTION THREE: The Administrative Officer shall be ap- 9 pointed by and serve at the pleasure of the Mayor and Common ~I 10 ~ Council. He may be discharged by a vote of five-sevenths of the 11 Common Council and his appointment terminated upon written notice 12 to him of such discharge and termination.
