HomeMy WebLinkAbout3123 1 ORDINANCE NO.~~ 2 AN ORDINANCE AMINDING ORDINANCE N0. 1991 KNOWN AS THE "LAND USE ZONING ORDINANCE"; RECLASSIFYING AND REZONING CERTAIN 3 PARCELS OF LAND; AND AMENDING THE ZONII3G MAP ACCORDINGLY. 4 THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWSa 5 SECTION 1. That Ordinance No, 1991 Section 27.2 which 6 reclassifies and rezones certain parcels of real property within 7 the City of San Bernardino and amends the zoning map accordingly 8 is hereby amended by adding thereto the real property described 9 as follows; 10 PARCEL SIX HUNDRED TWENTY°FIVE (Petition No. 870) 11 That portion of Lot 1, Block 5, WEST HIGHLANDS, in_ 12 the County of San Bernardino, State of California, as per plat recorded in Book 5 of Maps, Page 77, 13 records of said County, and that portion of the South 21.25 feet of Pumalo Street adjoining said 14 lot on the North, as said street was reduced in width by ordinance of the Board of Supervisors of 15 said County, dated January 5, 1920, which said por- 16 tions are included within the following described parcel of lands (City of San Bernardino) 17 Beginning at the intersection of the center line of 18 said Puma.lo Street with the Northerly prolongation of the Easterly line of Lot 3, in Block 9, Orange 19 Grove Tract, West Highlands, as per plat recorded in Book 11 of Maps, page 14, in said RecorderHs 20 Office; thence Easterly along said center line of Pumalo Street to its intersection with the Norther- 21 ly prolongation of the Easterly line of said Lot 1; thence Southerly along said prolongation and said 22 Easterly line of Lot 1 to a line parallel with and distant 273.00 feet Southerly from said center line 23 of Pumalo Street; thence Westerly along said parallel line to said Easterly line of said Lot 3; thence 24 Northerly along last said Easterly line and its Northerly prolongation to the point of beginning. 25 EXCEPTING THEREFROM that portion thereof included 26 within the East 4 feet of the North 205 feet of the hereinabove described parcel of land. 27 ALSO EXCEPTING THEREFROM any portion lying within 28 Osbun Street, 29 ALSO EXCEPTING THEREFROM that portion of Pumalo ly- ing North of the South 21,25 feet as vacated by the 30 Board of Supervisors as above mentioned. 31 (Generally located at the Southeast corner of Pumalo and Osbun Streets) 32 From C-3A General Limited Commercial Zone to R-3-1,200 Multiple Family Residential Zone, I 1 I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing ordinance was duly 2 adopted by the Mayor and Common Council of the City of San Ber- 3 nardino at a _,.~ y meeting thereof, held on the 4 ay of ~ , 1970, by the following 5 vote, to wito 6 AYES o Councilmen . _9~f.~~.tjyr~o /~~,CD,/~j ~jn~_ ~~,,E°~ $ NOESg 9 ABSENTo 10 11 ~r ' ~ 12 _ ity r G' 13 The foregoing o;dinance is hereby approved this 14 day of ~ ' 19700 15 16 v 17 r o i y o n ernar ino 18 Approved as to forms 20 ~p~y t orney 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 29 301 3z NOV 11 59 i0 LUCIL E GQFORTH, City Clerk a~
