2 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 1991 KNOWN AS THE "LAND
3 USE ZONING ORDINANCE"; RECLASSIFYING AND REZONING CERTAIN PARCELS
OF LAND: AND AMENDING THE ZONING MAP ACCORDINGLY.
4 THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO
5 DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
6 SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 1991 Section 27,2 which
7 reclassifies and rezones certain parcels of real property within
8 the City of San Bernardino and amends the zoning map accordingly
9 is hereby amended by adding thereto the real property described
10 as follows:
11 PARCEL SIX HUNDRED TWENTY-EIGHT (Petition No. 872)
12 The east 165 feet of Lots 12 and 13, Tract No. 1733,
Thompson Brothers Poultry Unit No, 1, as per plat
13 recorded in Book 26 of Maps, pages 7 to 12, iecords
of San Bernardino County,
14 (Generally located at the southwest corner of 29th
15~ and "E" Streets)
16 From R-3-1200 Multiple Family Residential and R-1-7200
Single Family Residential to A-P Administrative-
17 Professional District.
18 I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing ordinance was duly
19 adopted by the Mayor and Common Council of the City of San Bernar-
20 dino at ~yZG ~ meeting thereof, held on the ~S~
21 day of 1971, by the following vote, to wit:
