2 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO, 1991 KNOWN AS THE
"LAND USE ZONING ORDINANCE"; RECLASSIFYING AND REZONING CERTAIN
3 PARCELS OF LAND; AND AMINDING THE ZONING MAP ACCORDINGLY.
4 THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO
DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION 1, That Ordinance No, 1991 Section 27.2 which
6
reclassifies and rezones certain parcels of real property within
7
the City of San Bernardino and amends the zoning map accordingly
8
is hereby amended by adding thereto the real property described
9
as follows:

PARCEL SIX HUNDRED THIRTY THREE (Petition No. 880)

All that portion of Lot 15, Block 42, Rancho San
12 Bernardino, in the City of San Bernardino, as per
plat recorded in Book 7 of Maps, page 2, records
13 of said County, described as follows:
14 Beginning at the northwest corner of the east 5
acres of said Lot 15; thence west along the north
15 line of said Lot, 146 feet 2 inches; thence south
to the south line of said Lot 15; thence east along
16 the south line of said lot, 146 feet 2 inches; thence
north to the point of beginning.

R-1-7200 Single Family Residential to R-3-200,
20 Multiple Family Residential District,
