1 ORDINANCE N0. 9
2 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO-./1991 KNOWN AS THE "LAND
USE ZONING ORDINANCE"; RECLASSIFYING AND REZONING CERTAIN PARCELS
3 OF LAND; AND AMENDING THE ZONING MAP ACCORDINGLY.
4 THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO
DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 1991 Section 27,2 which re-

classifies and rezones certain parcels of real property within
7
the City of San Bernardino and amends the zoning map accordingly
8
is hereby amended by adding thereto the real property described
9
as follows:

PARCEL SIX HUNDRED SIXTY TWO (Petition No, 917)
11
All that portion of Lot 1, Block 21, The Rancho San
12 Bernardino, as per plat recorded in Book 7 of Maps,
Page 2 records of San Bernardino County described
13 as fol~.ows:
14 Beginning at a point 169 feet west of the southeast
corner of said Lot 1; thence west 50 feet; thence
15 north 150 feet; thence east 50 feet; thence south
150 feet to the point of beginning.

(General location - 169 feet west of the northwest
17 corner of Mt. Vernon Avenue and 9th Street)
18 From "T" Transitional District to R-2 Two-family
residential district.

The above change of zone is subject to the conditions imposed
20
by the Mayor and Common Council of the City of San Bernardino as
21
set forth in the minutes of their meeting of January 17, 1972 on
22
file in the.cffice of the City Clerk, City Ha11, San Bernardino,
23
California.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing ordinance was duly adopte
25
by the Mayor and Common Council of the City of San Bernardino at a
