2 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 1991 KNOWN AS THE "LAND
USE ZONING ORDINANCE"; RECT2.SSIFYING AND REZONING CERTAIN PARCELS
3 OF LAND; AND AMENDING THE ZONING MAP ACCORDINGLY.
4 THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO
DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 1991 Section 27.2 which re-
6
classifies and rezones certain parcels of real property within
7
the City of San Bernardino and amends the zoning map accordingly
8
is hereby amended by adding thereto the real property described
9
I,; as follows:

PARCEL 8IX HUNDRED SIXTY ONE (Petition No. 915)

All that real property in the City of San Bernardino,
12 County of San Bernardino, State of California, de-
scribed as follows:

Those portions of Lots 1, 2 and 3 Block 2, and of Lots
14 1, 2, , 14, 15 and 16, in Block ~3, per map of High-
land-Mount Vernon Subdivision, recorded in Book 25 of
15 Maps, Page 42, in the office of the County Recorder
of said County, included within the following described
16 lines:
17 Beginning at a point in the south line of said Lot 1,
in Block 3, distant along said south line, north
18 89°54130" east 7.93 feet from the southwesterly
corner of said Lot; thence $arallel with the west
19 line of said Lot 1 north 0 21132" west 107.21 feet
to the beginning o~ a tangent curve, concave south-
20 easterly, having a radius of 20 feet and also being
tangent to the south line of the north 8.75 feet
21 of said Lot 1, Block 3; thence northeasterly along
said curve, a distance of 31.51 feet to said south
22 line of said north 8.75 feet; thence along the south
lines, and prolongations thereof of the north 8,75
23 feet of said lots, north 89°54133" east 472.69 feet
to the point of tangency thereof with a 20-foot
24 radius curve, concave southwesterly, and also being
tangent to a line parallel with and distant 41.25
25 feet southwesterly, measured at right angles, from
the monumented centerline of relocated Mount Vernon
26 Avenue, as shown on Right of Way Map of State Road
08-SBd-30-22,6 filed November 17, 1970, in the
27 office of the County Surveyor of said County;

to the point of tangency thereof with a curve,

easterly along said concentric curve, a distance
32 of 32,18 feet to its intersection with the easterly

thence along said prolongation and the south lines
2 and prolongations thereof of said lots, south 89°54Y30"
west 593.37 feet to the Point of Beginning. Together
3 with all right, title and interest in and to that
portion of Pico Avenue, shown on said Map of Highland-
4 Mount Vernon Subdivision as Euclid Avenue, 80 feet
wide, and in and to those portions of the 20-foot
5 wide alleys through said Blocks 2 and 3, which are
included within the above described lines.

7 side of Highland Avenue between Western and Mt.
Vernon Avenue,

From C-3A Limited General Commercial District and
9 R-1-7200 Single Family Residential District to C-M
Commercial-Manufacturing District.

The above change of zone is subject to the conditions impose

by the Mayor and Common Council of the City of San Bernardino as

set forth in the minutes of their meeting of January 17, 1972 on
13
file in the office of the City Clerk, City Hall, San Bernardino,

California.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing ordinance was duly

adopted by the Mayor and Common Council of the City of San Ber-
