ZOiQING ORDINANCE"; RECLASSIFYING AND REZONING CERTAIN PARCELS OF
3 LAND; AND AMENDING THE ZONING MAP ACCORDINGLY.

4 THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY_OF SAN BERNARDINO DO
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 1991 Section 27.2 which re-

7 classifies and rezones certain parcels of real property within the
City of San Bernardino and amends the zoning map accordingly is
8
hereby amended by adding thereto the real property described as
9
follows:

PARCEL SIX HUNDRED SIXTY FIVE (Petition No, 920)

The following described property in Block 21, Orange
12 Grove Tract, West Highlands, as per plat recorded in
Book 11 of Maps, page 14:

The north 70 feet of the south 200 feet of Lot 6,
14 excepting therefrom the west 265 feet and that por-
tion lying within Del Rosa Avenue and the south 200
15 feet of Lot 6, excepting therefrom the west 265 feet,
the north 70 feet. and that portion lying within Del
16 Rosa Avenue and Marshall Boulevard.
17 (Generally located - northwest corner of Del Rosa
Avenue and Marshall Boulevard)

From C-1 Neighborhood Commercial District to
19 R-3-1200 Multiple .Family Residential District.
20 The above change of zone is subject to the conditions li~poaed
21 by the Mayor and Common Council of the City of San Bernardino as
22 set forth in the minutes of their meeting of March 6, 1972 on file
23 in the office of the City Clerk, City Hall, San Bernardino,
24 California,
25 I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing ordinance was duly
26~ adopted by the Mayor and Common Council of the City of San Ber-
