ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 199 KNOWN AS THE "LAND ~

USE ZONING ORDINANCE"; RECLASSIFYING AND REZONING CERTAIN PARCELS
3 OF LAND; AND AMENDING THE ZONING MAP ACCORDINGLY.
4 THE~MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO
DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 1991 Section 27.2 which
6
reclassifies and rezones certain parcels of real property within
7
the City of San Bernardino and amends the zoning map accordingly

11 The following described property lying within Tract 1820,
12 in the City of San Bernardino, County of San Bernardino,
State of California, per plat recorded in Book 26 of
13 Maps, page 28, in the office of the County Recorder
of said County;
14 parcel 1: That portion Lot 92 described as follows:

Commencing at the Northwest corner of said Lot 92;
16 thence North 89° 44° 44" East along the North line
of said lot, 150.00 feet to the Point of Beginning;
17 thence continuing North 89° 44° 44" East along said
North line 47.07 feet to a point 197.08 feet West of
