2 ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AMENDING ORDINANCE
NO. I65Z ENTITLED IN PART "AN ORDINANCE REGULATING TRAFFIC
3 AND EMPOWERING SECURITY PERSONNEL OF THE PARK AND RECREATION
DEPARTMENT TO ISSUE NOTICES OF PARKING VIOLATIONS.

THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO
5 DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
6 SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 1652, Article IV, Section Fifteen
7 is hereby amended to read as follows:
8 "SECTION FIFTEEN: Parking Control Checkers are hereby
9 authorized and empowered to enforce parking regulations adopted
10 pursuant to this ordinance and to issue parking control notices as
11 provided in Section 41103 of the Vehicle Code of the State of
12 California. Authorized security personnel of the Park and Recrea-
~ 13 tion Department are hereby authorized and empowered to enforce
14 parking regulations adopted pursuant to this ordinance and to issue
j 15 parking control notices as provided in Vehicle Code Section 41103
16 of said vehicle code, in the public parking structures and streets
17 located adjacent to or surrounding the Central City Mall and City
18 Hall."
19 I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing ordinance was duly
20 adopted by the Mayor and Common Council of the City of San Bernar-
21 dino at a-r~~~e_v~neeting thereof, held on the day
