2~ ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. T991 KNOWN AS THE "LAND
USE ZONING ORDINANCE"; RECLASSIFYING AND REZONING CERTAIN PARCELS
3. OF LAND; AND AMENDING THE ZONING MAP ACCORDINGLY.
4 THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO
DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:

Section 1. That Ordinance No. 1991 Section 27..2 which re-

classifies and rezones certain parcels of real property within the
7
City of San Bernardino and amends the zoning map accordingly is
8
hereby amended by adding thereto the real property described as
9
follows:

PARCEL N0. SIX HUNDRED EIGHTY-J1W0 (Petition No. 941)

Beginning at the intersection of the. north line of Highland
12 Avenue (an'82.50 foot street) and the southerly prolongation
of the. west line of Tract No. 3633', Perris Park Mawr, as
13 per plat recorded in Book 47, pages 88 and 89, records of
said Oounty; thence north 00°26'56" east along the west line
14 of said Tract No. 3633 and its southerly prolongation 400.00
feet; thence north 89°15`01" west along a line parallel with
15 the north line of Highland Avenue 238.98 feet, irore ox less,
to a point in the east line of that certain parcel of land
16 conveyed to the San Bernardino County Flood Control District
by deed reooxrled April 14, 1949 in Book 4788, page 536,
17 Official Records of said County; thence south 00°35'06"
west along the east line of the last described Flood Control
lg Parcel 368.49 feet to the most northerly corner of that cer-
tain parcel of land conveyed to the San Bernardino Camty
1g Flood Control District by deed recorded February 16, 1962 in
Book 5648, page 116, Official Records of said County; thence
20 south 09°33'24" east along the northeasterly line of the
last described Flood Control parcel 32'.03 feet to a point in
21 the north line of Highland Avenue; thence south 89°15'01"
east along the north line of Highland Avenue 234.29 feet,
22 more ar less, to the point of beginning. Saving and ExceFr
ting therefran the north 70 feet and the south 135 feet.
