NO. 1848 ENTITLED IN PART "AN ORDINANCE REGULATING AUTO TRAILERS

THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO
5~, DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 1848 Section One is hereby
7 amended to read as follows:

"SECTION ONE: Health and Safety Code Division 13 Parts
9 2, 2.1 and 2.2 of the State of California are applicable and in
10 effect in the City of San Bernardino. It shall be unlawful to
11
park any mobile home, trailer coach, or trailer on any premises
12
other than in conformity with said Division 13, Parts 2, 2.1 and
13
-
2.2 and regulations adopted pursuant thereto or other applicable
14
law and this ordinance."
