ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDIN~C: ~/1991 KNOWN AS THE "LAND
USE ZONING ORDINANCE"; RECLASSIFYING AND REZONING CERTAIN PARCELS
OF LAND; AND AMENDING THE ZONING MAP ACCORDINGLY.

DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 1991 Section 27.2 which

reclassifies and rezones certain parcels of real property within
the City of San Bernardino and amends the zoning map accordingly
is hereby amended by adding thereto the real property described
as follows:
PARCEL NO. SIX HUNDRED NINETY-SEVEN (Petition No. 960)
C-3A:
The easterly 200 feet of the following described
property:

That portion of Section 32, Township 1 North, Range
3 West, San Bernardino Base and Meridian, also des-
cribed as follows:
Commencing at the northeast corner of the southeast
quarter of Section 32, Township 1 North, Range 3
West, which is also the intersection of the center-
lines of Palm Avenue and Pacific Avenue; thence
south 00 03' 30" east 700 feet; to true point of
beginning), thence north 890 47' 20" west 405 feet;
thence south 00 03' 30" east 233.33 feet; thence
south 890 47' 20" east 405 feet; thence north 00 03' 30"
west 233.33 feet to the true point of beginning.
Excepting all street rights-of-way.

Records.
Located in the City and County of San Bernardino,
State of California.

imposed by the Mayor and Common Council of the City of San
Bernardino as set forth in the minutes of their meeting of
November 19, 1973 on file in the office of the City Clerk, City
Hall, San Bernardino, California.
