2 ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1991 KNOWN AS THE "LAND
USE ZONING ORDINANCE"; RECLASSIFYING AND REZONING CERTAIN PARCELS
3 OF LAND; AND AMENDING THE ZONING MAP ACCORDINGLY.
4 THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO
DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 1991 Section 27.2 which

reclassifies and rezones certain parcels of real property within
the City of San Bernardino and amends the zoning map accordingly
9
is hereby amended by adding thereto the real property described
as follows:

PARCEL NUMBER SEVEN HUNDRED TWO (Petition No. 966)

Beginning at a point on the present corporate
limits of the City of San Bernardino, said point
being the intersection of the centerline of said
"I" Street and Jefferson Avenue; thence West
leaving said City Limit line along said center-
line of Jefferson Street, a distance of 350 feet
more or less to its intersection with the North-
erly prolongation of the East line of Lot 50
Washington Square, as per plat thereof recorded
in Book 16 of Maps, Page 51, records of County
Recorder, County of San Bernardino; thence South
along said Northerly prolongation and the East
line of said Lot 50, a distance of 155 feet more
or less to the Southeast corner therein; thence
West along the South line of Lots 50 and 49 of
said Washington Square Tract, a distance of 100
feet more or less to the Southwest corner of
said Lot 49; thence North along the West line
of said Lot 49, a distance of 130 feet more or
less to the Northwest corner therein; said point
also being the South line of said Jefferson Avenue;
thence West along said South line of Jefferson
Avenue a distance of 240 feet more or less to the
East line of "J" Street, said point also being
the present corporate limits of the City of San
Bernardino; thence South along said City limit
line, a distance of 130 feet more or less to
an angle point therein; thence West along said
City limit line, a distance of 10 feet more or
less to an angle point therein; thence South
along said City limit line, a distance of 334
feet more or less to an angle point therein;
thence East along said City limit line, a dis-

tance of 710 feet more or less to an angle
point therein; thence North along said City
limit line and said centerline of "I" Street
a distance of 340 feet more or less to an
angle point therein; thence West along said
City limit line, a distance of 10 feet more
or less to an angle point therein; thence
continuing north along said City limit line,
a distance of 150 feet more or less to the
point of beginning, except the West 130 feet
thereof.
