2 ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1991 KNOWN AS THE "LAND
USE ZONING ORDINANCE"; RECLASSIFYING AND REZONING CERTAIN PARCELS
3 OF LAND; AND AMENDING THE ZONING MAP ACCORDINGLY.
4 THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO
DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 1991 Section 27.2 which
reclassifies and rezones certain parcels of real property within
8
the City of San Bernardino and amends the zoning map accordingly
is hereby amended by adding thereto the real property described
as follows:

PARCEL NO. SEVEN HUNDRED SIX (Petition No. 972)
That portion of Lots 16 and 17, Block 24, Rancho San
Bernardino described as follows:
Beginning ata point where the south line of 5th
Street and the north line of 4th Street converge;
thence easterly along the south line of 5th Street
and its various curves a distance of 595 feet, more
or less; thence in a southeasterly direction to a
point in the north line of 4th Street, said point
being approximately 640 feet east of the point of
beginning; thence west along the north line of 4th
Street to the point of beginning.
From R-1-7200 Single Family Residential District to
C-3A Limited General Commercial District.
Those portions of the following described property
not owned or leased by the San Bernardino County
Flood Control District.
Lots 8 through 12 inclusive, Block 24 and Lots 8
through 23 inclusive, Block 25 and Lot I, Block 93,
all in Rancho San Bernardino.
From R-1-7200 Single Family Residential District to
M-2Heavy Industrial District.
All that property owned or leased by the San
Bernardino County Flood Control District lying in
Lots 8 through 12 inclusive and Lot 17, Block 24,
Lots 8 through 23 inclusive, Block 25, and Lot I,
Block 93 all in Rancho San Bernardino. Refer to San
Bernardino County Flood Control District drawings
"Lytle Creek" (File 2-202, Drawing No.3) and "East
Branch Lytle Creek" (File 2-202, Drawing No. 3A).
