2 ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1991 KNOWN AS THE "LAND
USE ZONING ORDINANCE"; RECLASSIFYING AND REZONING CERTAIN PARCELS
3 OF LAND; AND AMENDING THE ZONING MAP ACCORDINGLY.
4 THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO
DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 1991 Section 27.2 which
reclassifies and rezones certain parcels of real property within

the City of San Bernardino and amends the zoning map accordingly
is hereby amended by adding thereto the real property described
as follows:
PARCEL NO. SEVEN HUNDRED NINE (Petition No. 974)
Parcel No.1: The west 1/2 of that portion of Lot
1, Block 53, of the RanchO San Bernardino, as per
plat recorded in Book 70f Maps, Page 2, records
of San Bernardino County and described as follows:
Beginning ata point 8 chains and 14 links (537.2
feet, more or less) south of the northeast corner
of said Lot 1; thence continuing south along east
line of said Lot 1 to a point which is south, from
said northeast corner of Lot 1, a distance of
863.115 feet, said point also being the northeast
corner of that Parcel No.1, as conveyed to the
Southern California Edison Company, by deed re-
corded June 14, 1956 in Book 3693, Page 94, Official
Records; thence west along the north line of said
Southern California Edison property and its
westerly prolongation to its intersection with the
west line of the east 1/2 of said Lot 1, thence
north along the west line of said east 1/2 of Lot
1 to a point which is south 8 chains and 14 links
(537.2 feet, more or less) from the northwest
corner of said east 1/2 of Lot 1; thence east to
the point of beginning. Excepting that portion
of Lincoln Drive dedicated for road purposes and
also excepting the east 100 feet thereof.
Parcel No.2: The east 100 feet of the west 1/2
of that portion of Lot 1, Block 53 of the Rancho
San Bernardino, as per plat recorded in Book 70f
Maps, Page 2, records of said County and described
as follows: Beginning at a point 8 chains and 14
links (537.2 feet, more or less) south of the
northeast corner of said Lot 1; thence continuing
south along east line of said Lot 1 to a point
which is south from said northeast corner of Lot

being the northeast corner of that Parcel No.1,
as conveyed to Southern California Edison Com-
pany, by deed recorded June 14, 1956 in Book

line of the east 1/2 of said LotI; thence north

the point of beginning.
