ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1991 KNOWN AS THE "LAND
USE ZONING ORDINANCE"~ RECLASSIFYING AND REZONING CERTAIN PARCELS
OF LAND; AND AMENDING THE ZONING MAP ACCORDINGLY.
THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO
DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 1991 Section 27.2 which
reclassifies and rezones certain parcels of real property within
the City of San Bernardino and amends the zoning map accordingly
is hereby amended by adding thereto the real property described
as follows:
PARCEL NO. SEVEN HUNDRED SEVENTY (Petition No. 1034)
Parcel No.1:
All that real property located in the City of San
Bernardino, County of San Bernardino, State of
California, described as follows:
Commencing at a point 817.33 feet south and 180
feet west of the Northeast corner of the
Southeast 1/4 Section 32; township 1 North
Range 3 West; thence West 38 feet; thence
south 116 feet; thence east 38 feet; thence
north 116 feet to the Point of Beginning.
(From R-3-2000 Multiple Family Residential
District to R-1-7200 Single Family Residential
District)
Generally located on the east side of Reedy
Avenue, 360 feet, more or less, south of West
Main Street.
Parcel No.2:
All that real property located in the City of San
Bernardino, County of San Bernardino, State of
California, described as follows:
The following portion of Section 32, Township
1 North, Range 3 West: Commencing at the North-
east corner of the southeast 1/4 said Section
at centerline of the intersection of Palm Avenue
and Pacific Street; thence south 700 feet;
thence west 180 feet to the true Point of
Beginning; thence continuing west 225 feet;

thence south 233.33 feet; thence east 187 feet;
thence north 116 feet; thence. east 38 feet;
thence north 117.33 feet to the Point of
Beginning.
