2 ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1991 KNOWN AS THE "LAND
USE ZONING ORDINANCE"l RECLASSIFYING AND REZONING CERTAIN PARCELS
3 OF LANDl AND AMENDING THE ZONING MAP ACCORDINGLY.
4 THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDIN
DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 1991 Section 27.2 which
reclassifies and rezones certain parcels of real property within
the City of San Bernardino and amends the zoning map accordingly
is hereby amended by adding thereto the real property described
as follows:

Bernardino, County of San Bernardino, State of
California, described as follows:

Those portions of Sections 20, 21 and 28, Township 1
north, Range 4 west, unsurveyed, San Bernardino Meridian,
in the City of San Bernardino, County of San Bernardino,
State of California, as the lines of the Government
Survey may be extended across the Rancho Muscupiabe as
per plat recorded in Book 7 of Maps, Page 23, records of
said County described as follows: beginning at the
intersection of the westerly prolongation of the north
line of the Arrowhead Tract as per plat recorded in Book
11 of Maps, Page 37, records of said County, with the
northerly prolongation of the east line of Lot "D", Tract
No. 1741, as per plat recorded in Book 27 ef Maps, Pages
41 through 43, inclusive, records of said County, said
intersection being shown on plat recorded in Book 18 of
Records of Survey, Pages 9 through 11, inclusive, records

westerly prolongation of the north line of the Arrowhead
