ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1991 KNOWN AS THE "LAND
USE ZONING ORDINANCE"; RECLASSIFYING AND REZONING CERTAIN PARCELS
OF LAND; AND AMENDING ,THE ZONING MAP ACCORDINGLY.
THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO
00 ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 1991 section 27.2 which
reclassifies and rezones certain parcels of real property within
the City of San Bernardino and amends the zoning map accordingly
is hereby amended by adding thereto the real property described
as follows:
PARCEL NO. SEVEN HUNDRED SIXTY-TWO (Petition No. 1026)

Parcel No.1:
All that real property located in the City of San
Bernardino, County of San Bernardino, State of
California, described as follows:
The following described property located in the
southwest 1/4 of the southwest 1/4 of the southwest
1/4 of section 28, Township 1 North Range 3 West,
S.B.M: Beginning at the southwest corner Section
28; thence north 360 feet, more or less, to the
westerly projection of the south line of Orchid
Drive; thence east 30 feet to the Point of Beginning;
thence continuing east 631 feet; thence south 110
feet; thence west 631 feet; thence north 110 feet
to the Point of Beginning.
(From R-3-l200 Multiple Family Residential District
to R-1-7200 Single Family Residential District.)
Generally located on the south side of Orchid Drive
east of Palm Avenue.
Parcel No.2:
All that real property located in the City of San
Bernardino, County of SaILBernardino, State of
California, described as follows:
The following described property located in the
southwest 1/4 of the southwest 1/4 of the southwest
1/4 of Section 28, Township 1 North, Range 3 West,
S.B.M: Beginning at the southwest corner Section
