ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1991 KNOWN AS THE "LAND
USE ZQNING ORDINANCE"; RECLASSIFYING AND REZONING CERTAIN PARCELS
OF LAND; AND AMENDING THE ZONING MAP ACCORDINGLY.

THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINOI
DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 1991 Section 27.2 which
7
reclassifies arld rezones certain parcels of real property within
9
the City of San Bernardino and amends the zoning map acoordingly
9
is hereby amended by adding thereto the real property described
as follows:

PARCEL NO. SEVEN HUNDRED SIXTY-ONE (Petition No. 1025)

All that real property located in the City of San
Bernardino, County of San Bernardino, State of
California, described as follows:

A portion of the Northeast 1/4, Section 22, T.l N.,
R.4 W., Muscupiabe Rancho, S.B.B. & M. described as
follows: Beginning at the Southeast corner Lot 10,
Sierra Way Tract, Tract No. 2058; thence East along
the Easterly extension of the South line said Lot 10,
20 feet to the Point of Beginning; thence cont~nuing
Easterly a distance of 127 feet to the Southeast
corner of that certain parcel of land conveyed to Joseph
Clevens and wife by deed recorded in Book 1288, Page 86,
Official Records of San Bernardino County, California;
thence North along the East line of said parcel so
conveyed to Clevens 100 feet; thence West 127 feet;
thence South 100 feet to the Point of Beginning; plus
the 10 foot wide strip of vacated portion of Ralston
Avenue lying south of the above described property.
