ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1991 KNOWN AS THE "LAND
USE ZONING ORDINANCE"; RECLASSIFYING AND REZONING CERTAIN PARCELS
OF LAND; AND AMENDING THE ZONING MAP ACCORDINGLY..
4 THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO
DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 1991 Section 27.2 which

reclassifies and rezones certain parcels of real property within
the City of San Bernardino and amends the zoning map accordingly
is hereby amended by adding thereto the real property described
as follows:

Bernardino, County of San Bernardino, State of
California, described as follows:

cribed as follows: Beginning at a point 150 feet
south of the intersection of Denair.. Avenue and
Orchid Drive; thence west 33 feet to P.O.B.; thence
west 1036 feet; thence south 15 feet; thence west
186 feet; thence north 135 feet; thefice east and
south along the various angles and courses of the
south line of Orchid Drive and the west line of
