ORDINANCE NO. L.ijr:
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1447, ENTITLED "AN
ORDINANCE REGULATING THE OWNING AND HARBORING OF DQGS WITHIN
THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO, PROVIDING FOR THE LICENSING THEREOF,
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES".
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of San Bernar-
dino do ordain as follows:
SECTIONoONEr That Seetlon Two, of Ord1nance No. 1447,
entitled "An Ordinance regulating the owning and harboring of
dogs within the City of San Bernardino, providing for the li-
cansing thereof, and for other purposes", passed and approved
May 29, 1930, be and the same is hereby amended to read as fol-
lows:

"Section Two: Every person, firm or corporation owning
or harboring a dog within the City of San Bernardino shall, on
or before the 1st day of July, of each year, pay to said City a
license fee as follows:
$1.25 for each male dog;
$1.75 for each female dog, except spayed female dogs;
$1.25 for each spayed female dog;
Plus the sum of 25~ for a tag for each dog.
All of said fee shall be payable annually." //
SECTION TWO: This Ordinance shall take eftect and be
in force from and after thirt,y days after its passage and ap-
proval.
