AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 763, ENTITLED "AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE LICENSING OF BUSINESS, SHOWS, EX- HIBITION AND GAMES CONDUCTED OR CARRIED ON IN THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO, FIXING THE RATE OF LICENSE THEREFOR AND PRUVIDING FOR COLLECTION THEREOF~, PASSED MARCH 1, 1920, AND APPROVED MARCH 2, 1920. The Mayor and Common Council of the Ci ty of Saa Bernar- dino do ordain as follows: SECTION ONE: That Section 107-D ot Ordinance No. 763, entitled "An Ordinance providing for the licensing of busi- ness, shows, exhibition and games conducted or carried on in the City of San Bernardino, fixing the rate of license ther~..,,_ for and providing for collection thereof", passed March 1, f":'~;.. '~<' ". 1920, and approved March 2, 1920, be amended to read as fol.\"".:~:'" lows, to wi t: "Section 107-D. For every person, firm or corporation engaged in or carrying on the business of plumtiing.. $50.00 per year, payable annually". SECTION TWO: The City Clerk shall certify to the pass- age of this Ordinance, and shall cause the same to be publish- ed for three consecutive days in the SAN BERNARDINO DAILY SUN, a daily newspaper hereby designated for that purpose.
