OF THE CITY OF SAIT,BERNARDINO, PRESCRIBING THE. MANNER OF HOLDING SAID SZBCTIOY, AND APPOINTING OFFICERS OF ELECTION AND DESIGNATING THE POLLING PLACES THEREFOR. THE MAYOR AND COIddON COIIYCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNAR- DINO DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION ONE: 'l~hat a primary election is hereby called •, in the City of San Bernardino, the City of San Bernardino School Diatrict and the City of•San Bernardino High School Dist riot, to be held on Monday; March 17, 1941, at which there shall be nominated candidates for the following officea of said city, to- wit: 1. A Mayor. 2. A luember of the Common Council for the First hard. 3 A member oP the Co~n.Conncil Por the Second 18 Ward. 4. A member of the Common Council Por the Fourth Ward. 19 5• Three members of the Board of Educatipn, all of whom shall 20 be qualified electors and redidents of the City oP San Bernardino 21 School Diatrict, to be elected for Pail terms. 6. One member 22 of the Board oP Education, who she`ll be a qualified elector and 23 resident of the City oP San Bernardino Sohool District, to be 24 elected Por a short term. 7.
