'-- ORDINANCE NO. /32,/ AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING THE WIDTH OF SIDEWALKS ALONG THE WEST SIDE OF MOUNTAIN VIEW AVENUE BETWEEN THE NORTH LINE OF TWENTYt.SEVENTH STREET AND THE SOUTH LINE OF THOMPSON PLACE IN THE CITY OF SAN BERNAR- DINO, CALIFORNIA. The Mayor and Common Counoil of the City of San Bernardino do ordain as follows: SECTION ONE:~That all sidewalks now laid out or that may here- after be laid out along the West side of Mountain View avenue between the North line of Twenty-seventh Street and the South line of Thomp- \ 'J , / son Place shall be 10 feet in width. SECTION TWO:~That the curb line along the West side of MOuntain View Avenue between the North line of Twenty-seventh Street and the South line of Thompson Place shall be distant from the adjacent pro- perty line ten (10) feet. SECTION THREE:~That all cement conorete sidewalks now laid out or that may hereafter be laid out along the West side of Mountain View Avenue between the North line of Twenty-seventh Street and the South line of Thompson Place shall be five (5) feet in width, and the inside edge of said sidewalks shall be two (2~ feet from the adjacent property line. SECTION FOUR: This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and approval.
