AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING THE WIDTH OF SIDEWALKS ON NINE-
TEENTH STREET, BETWEEN LUGO STBEET AND WATERMAN AVEl\TUE, IN THE
CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO.
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of San Bernardino
do ordain as follows:
SECTION ONE: That all sidewalks now laid out or that may
hereafter be laid out along the North side of Nineteenth Street,
in the City of San Bernardino, between the East line of Lugo
street, extended North, and the West line of the roadway of Wat-
errran Avenue, shall be ten (10) feet in width.
SECION TWO: That the curb line a.long the North side of
Nineteenth street, between the East line of Lugo street, extend-
ed North, and the West line of the roadway of Waterman Avenue,
shall be distant from the adjacent property line ten (10) feet.
SECTION THREE: That all cement concrete sidewalks now laid
out or that may hereafter be laid out along the North side of
Nineteenth street, between the East line of Lugo street, extend-
ed North, and the West line of the roadway of Waterman Avenue,
shall be five (5) feet in width and the inside edge of said side-
walks shall be two (2) feet from the adjacent property line.
SECTION FOUR: That all sidewalks now laid out or that may
hereafter bevlaid out along the South side of Nineteenth Street,
between the East line of Lugo street, extended North, and the
West line of the roadway of Se:pul veda street, extended North"
shall be ten (10) feet in width.
SECTION FIVE: That the curb line along the South side of
Nineteenth Street, between the East line of Lugo street, extend-
ed North, and the We.t line of the roadway of Sepulveda street,
extended North, shal~ be distant from the adjacent property line
ten (10) feet.
SECTION SIX: That all cement concrete sidewalks now laid
out or thsL t may hereafter be laid out along the Soutn side of
Nineteenth street, between the East line of Lugo street, extend-

SECTION SEVEN: That all sidewalks now laid out or that may
hereafter be laid out along the South side of Nineteenth street,
between the East line of the roadway of Sepulveda street, ex-
tended North, and a line 488.89 feet. West of the West line of
Waterman Avenue, shall be twelve and one-half (12-1/a) feet in
wid th ·
out or that may hereafter be laid out along the South side of
Nineteenth street, between the East line of the roadway of Sep-
ulveda Street, extended North, and a line 488.89 feet West of
the West line of Waterman Avenue, shall be five (5) feet in widt

and the insideeage of said sidewalks shall be two {al feet
from adjacent property line.
SECTION TEN: This Ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage and approval-
SECTION ELEVEN: The City Clerk shall certify to the pass-
