AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING THE GRADE OF ~VffiENCE STREET, FROM
THE \VEST LINE OF SIERRA WAY TO THE EAST LIl'fE OF MOUliJTAIN VIEW AVE-

The N4yor and Common Council of the City of san Bernardino
do ordain as follows:

That the grade of Lawrence street, between the West line of

Sierra Way and the East line of Mountain View Avenue, in the City

of San Bernardino, be and the same is hereby established in accor-
dance with the following elevations and graaes:
At the top of the curb line at the Northwest corner of the
intersection of Lawrence street and Sierra Way, the grade shall
be 1047.08.
At the top of the curb line at the Southwest corner of the
intersection of Lawrence street and Sierra Way: the grade shall
be 1046.7'3.
At the top of the North curb line of Lawrence street, 180
feet West of the West prop;rty line of Sierra Way, the grade shal'

At the top of the South curb line of Lawrence street, 180
feet West of the West property line of Sierra Way, the grade shal

At the top of the curb line at the Northeast corner of the
intersection of Lawrence street and MOuntain View Avenue, the
grade shall be 1054.99.
At the to:p of the curb line at the Southeast corner of the
intersection of Lawrence street and Mountain View Avenue, the
grade shall be l054.89.
At all points between said designa~ed points along the line
of said Street, the grade shall be and is hereby established so
as to conform to a straight line between said designated points.
All elevations refer to the tOil of the curb, are in feet,
and are above a plane which is l045.28 feet below the City Bench

SECTIOI-J TWO: This Ordinance shall take effect and be in
