SECTION TFffiEE: Said special election shall be con- ducted by a board of election consisting of two judges and one inspector. SECTION FOUR: At said special election, the polls shall be opened at six O'clock on the morning of the day of said election, and must be kept o~en until seven o'clock on the afternoon of the same day, at which time the nol1s shall be closed.
