ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1991 KNOWN AS THE "LAND
USE ZONING ORDINANCE"; RECLASSIFYING AND REZONING CERTAIN PARCELS
OF LAND; AND AMENDING THE ZONING MAP ACCORDINGLY.
THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO
DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 1991 Section 27.2 which re-
classifies and rezones certain parcels of real property within
the City of San Bernardino and amends the zoning map accordingly
is hereby amended by adding thereto the real property described
as follows:
PARCEL NO. SEVEN HUNDRED NINETY-ONE (Petition No. 1055)
All that real property situated in the City of San
Bernardino, County of San Bernardino, State of
California, described as follows:
Lots 9 through 30, inclusive, and Lots 33 through 43,
inclusive, and the south 136.33 feet of Lot 44, all
in Tract No. 6548, in the County of San Bernardino,
State of California, as per plat recorded in Book 84
of Maps, Pages 39 and 40, records of said County.
(From C-3A Limited General Commercial District and
M-l Light Industrial District to R-3-l200 Multiple
Family Residential District.)
Generally located on the north and south sides of
Commercial Road, on the south side of Industrial Road,
east of Waterman Avenue and west of Steele Road.
The above change of zone is subject to the conditions
imposed by the Mayor and Common Council of the City of San
Bernardino as set forth in the minutes of their meeting of
March 20, 1978, on file in the office of the City Clerk, City
Hall, San Bernardino, California.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing ordinance was duly
adopted by the Mayor and Common Council of the City of San
