Road Repair Project Completed The segment repair project, approved by Council in December, has been completed five months ahead of schedule. The $5.6 million project was funded by American Rescue Plan Act. After Before Animal Control Rescues Trapped Dog After receiving multiple calls about a dog seen and heard in a storm drain, Animal Control Field Supervisor Andrew Fisher and Officer Jasmine Torres were able to locate the dog inside the drain, Once the area was secure, Officers opened the drain, climbed inside, and safely retrieved the dog using a net. We are happy to report the dog, named Dixie, gradually began to warm up and accept affection from Animal Services staff. Last Saturday, Dixie was released to a foster who had witnessed the rescue. She is doing well in foster care and will be adopted once her spay surgery is completed.
