Item A: The City Council voted 5 to 1 to approve a settlement in the amount of $1,800,000. The motion was made by Council Member Sanchez and seconded by Council Member Shorett; Council Member Ortiz voted in opposition. Item B: The City Council voted unanimously to initiate litigation in two receivership cases. The motion was made by Council Member Shorett and seconded by Council Member Sanchez. PRESENTATIONS 1.
