My name is Benjamin. It is Tuesday morning, July 29th, 2025. I am sending out another email this morning as well. I have been stuck within a set of circumstances
where I have to continue to do this. I have been trying to save my own life and this is part of what I have to do for this. Right now I am reaching out to you from Los
Angeles, CA. I have been seeking assistance with this from the Los Angeles area and from the Los Angeles area culture while also reaching out to other people such as
yourself. There has been significant urgency to have direct assistance with this and I have had to be very loud. During the second half of 2020 I had begun to endure an
attempt upon my life which had first been initiated during a college enrollment at the University of California, Berkeley. I had first moved up to Berkeley, CA in 2018 as
a transfer student from the Grossmont-Cuyamaca Community College system in San Diego, California. I then spent another two years doing additional work at the
Peralta Community College system in Alameda County, California. The two large cities within Alameda County are the city of Berkeley, CA and the city of Oakland,
CA. During the Fall 2020 semester at the University of California, Berkeley after being back at the University of California, Berkeley I had been followed from one
apartment to another during a change of apartments during that semester. I had then been very brutally attacked once isolated and by myself within the second apartment.
This had involved professionally trained people types. They had been intelligent people and they had used intelligent tools and intelligent methods to try to push me out
of college. The original intent had been meant to get me to quit or leave my enrollment, to commit suicide or to have me die and have it look like an accident. They had
tried to destroy my psychology and they had later begun to initiate repeated physical injuries to the brain. They had tried to get me to kill myself and to injure me
physically until I would quit or fail my college enrollment. They had used higher technology resources for this and they had tried to make this look like an accident or
natural cause. My understanding is that a large amount of negative rumor had been spread alongside this to allow for the freedom of abuse and to make it easier to
prevent assistance. I spent multiple consecutive years enduring daily injuries and abuse at the hands of this group of people. They had been causing injury to specific
regions of the brain responsible for processes such as the processing and conception of language, the processing of emotional capacity, the processing of reproductive
functions and sensations and the processing of higher functions such as those required for higher types of skill. This is in addition to more general damage to the brain
which had been being caused by a technological system which had been installed without consent, turned on without permission and then used to disorient, to manipulate
and to inflict direct injuries to the brain as well as being systematically altered alongside this to allow this to cause general, continual and unavoidable further damage to
the brain. This had also included some soft tissue within the neck for an extended period of time. There had been repeated injuries to my entire central nervous system in
addition to other locations within the body. They had also been following me to, interfering with and repeatedly preventing necessary medical treatment in order to allow
for additional decay as a result of the lack of intervention. This could have lead to death and they would have allowed this to lead to death. This would have been death as
the culmination of a homicide. This would have been ideal for them. They would have made this look like an accident and no-one would get caught. They had tried to
destroy my mind and to leave me brain dead. They had made a social game of this which had lasted for multiple years. I had been forced to withdraw from the Fall 2020,
Summer 2021, Fall 2021, Summer 2022, and Spring 2023 semesters as the direct result of repeated acts of physical violence, repeated threats of violence, daily
harassment and psychological assault. Each time that I had withdrawn from the Fall semester I had lost the entire academic year. I had repeatedly sought medical
treatment for physical wounds as this had been happening. Each time that I had sought medical treatment I had been followed and prevented from having this. I had
compiled a list of times that they had done this to me. The people who had been doing this to me had made this a game as well. Every time that I had sought assistance
from law enforcement I had been followed. This had also been being prevented. Every time that I had sought help from an attorney I had also been followed. I had been
being prevented from assistance at every avenue for assistance as they had continually tried to kill. During the Summer 2022 semester my skull had been so full of blood
that my brain began to tilt internally like the dial hand of a water compass. I had been in the middle of my course in Economics as I had watched my vision begin to tilt
from this. I had been very physically aware of this and I had been concerned that my eyes would pull back into my skull. There had been enough room for movement that
I had been concerned that this could yank. I had had to leave class to send emails to law enforcement in private in the restroom. I had then been followed to the restroom
when I had left for the restroom and the entire area knew that they had been doing this. The full density of description is very vast. I have at this point spent about four
years sending email correspondence to law enforcement, to news media, to the state of California, to the United States Department of Justice and to other relevant
agencies and departments throughout the country and elsewhere every single day. I can verify this if I must. Despite all of this I have still not been informed of any
arrests and despite all of this I have not yet received any form of real compensation. I have shared a large amount of information and submitted a large amount of
communication, at times very desperate communication within my multiple social media accounts, many emails sent, many voicemails left, and many letters that had
been written to many different people. As it is right now I am still seeking help with this as a very drawn-out and extended concern. I had first been attacked during the
second half of 2020. It is now 2025, I still have not had arrests and I still have not had any form of real compensation. I am living with significant neurological damage, I
do not have a career, I have already lost many years of life to this as an event and I do not have any normal way forward within my life. The neurological damage is a
problem and there have been multiple scares within the last few weeks. I have been concerned about losing the ability to think and to speak clearly enough to continue to
seek help with this. This has added an additional layer of urgency. This had already been urgent and urgent every day. This is now even more urgent. In reality this has
always been urgent. There had been urgency in suffering, urgency in fear of death, and urgency within the loss of cognition and cognitive faculty. This is something
which is urgent and has been urgent every single day. The more thought that is given to this the more urgent this becomes. I am seeking community assistance and
support with raising enough money to rent an apartment here in Los Angeles, to purchase an appropriate set of clothes and to start speaking to an established and
appropriate attorney. The right kind of attorney is very expensive. The pursuit of this costs much more money than I can afford with minimum wage. Without my
bachelor's degree or graduate program I am restricted to minimum wage. This is not enough for the type of attorney that I need. I am asking to have assistance with
raising $250,000.00 to $350,000.00 to secure my life and to seek assistance from an appropriate established attorney. I am owed a much larger amount of money than
this in general. This is what I need right now, this is what would secure my life and this is what I am doing here within the city of Los Angeles. I had been very loud
about this for a very long time and the general story of this may already be familiar. Despite the loudness of this on my end I still have not been helped. I am then doing
this for myself and I am asking for assistance with raising money. I am trying to raise $250,000.00 to $350,000.00 as soon as possible. I wanted to ask you if it would be
possible to help me to raise this money. I am asking that this be brought up to your local City Council and other City resources. If you have access to a news media
outlet, attention on this from your local news media outlet would also be very helpful. I am doing this to save my own life. I have no normal life path and I have been
slowly being killed. This is literal for where this is right now. I have still been enduring injuries and I have still been losing function from this. My family has also been
affected by this. They had also been hurting my parents and my family in general has suffered from this as well. I have been fighting to save my own life and for
everything that I care about within my life.
I have been seeking help with this for a very long time. I need to raise money in order to have real assistance with this. I must be able to have real assistance with this. I
need to be able to purchase an apartment here in Los Angeles, I need to have a few new sets of clothes and I need to start working with an attorney. I am trying to raise
$250,000.00 to $350,000.00 to secure what I am doing. This is what I need to raise in order to secure my life and to address my experience with this legally and with an
attorney. Any and all assistance with this would be greatly appreciated. $150,000.00 was the minimum number that I had been given for this as an estimate. This will
likely cost much more than the minimum amount. This is where these numbers came from. Any and all assistance would be appreciated. I am trying to raise this amount
as soon as possible. I would be more than happy to answer any and all questions that anyone may have about this and I am open to communication and to beneficial meet
and greets. I do not expect all of this to happen at once. This would be great if this does but I do not expect this. Even $15 to $50 here and there would help me to cover
assorted small expenses as I continue to work on the rest of this.
I need to have help with fundraising. I need to raise money. This is an immediate need. I am asking to have help with this. This is a reasonable number to reach for with
city resources involved. I am a real person and I am a human life. I have rights as a man. This is a formal part of law. This is something which needs to be respected and
this has not been respected. I am asking to have help with this. I am trying to save my own life. I cannot do this by myself. I am asking to have help with this.

Please help with this as much as possible. This is real and sincere. When I had first been attacked I had just turned 31. I just turned 36 a few weeks ago. I am still being
injured, I am still seeking help with this and I still have not had help with this. I am asking to have help with this. Please find a way to help with this.
Please take all of this very seriously. The normal avenues that a person would go to to have help with something like this have not been helpful. Some of them had been
involved. This is why I am doing this like this in this manner. I have to reach out like this. I am asking to have help with this.
I have been seeking help with this for a little under five years. I need to have direct support. I am asking to have direct support. I am a human and my life does matter.
They had tried to take my life. Right now I need to raise money. If it would be possible to have help with this from here I am asking to have help with this.
These are a few screen captures of medical imaging which show some of the damage from being attacked, these are all actual screen captures from my own medical
imaging. I had drawn boxes around the damaged areas to make this more clear. I have additional imaging if I need to share this as well:
This image shows deterioration within the left and right sides of the brain within the deeper tissue of the brain as well as damage from a laser weapon within the left side
of the frontal lobe. This significantly damaged soft tissue but did not pierce the skull. This may have also occurred from the abuse of a medical swab and may show both
types of wounding to that area. I think that this shows both types of wounding. This is per my experience of this. The image also shows damage to a deeper tissue within
the front section of the brain. The image also shows damage to the back of the brain and to deeper tissue within the back of the brain:

There are additional images which continue to show additional damage as well. I did not want to clutter this too much. This is all real and I have suffered with this very
greatly. I am seeking help with this as soon as possible. Every time that I had sought medical treatment someone had prevented me from having this. On a few occasions
the medical center had done something which had made this worse. The group of people doing this had been trying to have me die. They had been following me
wherever I went and they had been convincing people not to help. I have had to deal with this by myself without access to modern medicine. Neither have I been notified
of any arrests and neither have I had help from an attorney. This is why I need to raise money. The need for this is legitimate. This is why I am reaching out. There had
been significant concern that I would die from this. In the meantime there has been a lot of suffering.
This is something which should be on the news and this is something which the news media should not be allowed to ignore. I have been seeking assistance with this
from the news media for a while now as well. If you have any ability to help me to put attention on this within the news this is something which would also be very
helpful. This is something which should be on the news, this needs to be represented on the news and it would help to save my life to put this on the news. This is
something which needs to be on the news and I am asking to have assistance with putting this on the news. This needs to be covered with direct reference to myself and
to my experience with this.
Please help with this as much as possible. This is real, I am real, and I am asking to have help with this.

Good afternoon, Leaders for the City of San Bernardino and its Animal Services:
With news flowing that Kristine Watson will be leaving the CSBAS soon, I write to urge the Mayor and City Council:
To establish a nation-wide search for a new director, with preference (if possible) for a veterinarian to lead the shelter team in
caring service to the animals and all concerned in professional and humane ways that represent the City of San Bernardino
well.
To host one or a few facilitated meeting(s) of interested parties to draw out concerns and hopes for the future of the shelter so
that the Mayor, City Council and City Manager will be better informed to plan for service to the animals and the many
communities served.
The CSBAS must see itself as a service:

To animals: they should be fed properly with enough food for their size. Throwing the food into the kennels is not comforting
to anxious animals. Their medical needs must be tended rather than be a cause for killing. Dogs to be euthanized should be
sedated. They absolutely deserve good photos so they can be seen. Staff need to take more initiative to save dogs. The number
of dogs selected for minor reasons needs to be greatly reduced. Extensions should be granted whenever possible.
To the community: A full day of service to the local community has been cut. Wednesday’s extended hours were eliminated.
Adoptions don’t take place after 4:00 p.m. though the shelter is open later. A whole set of rules is in place for sending an email
to the shelter or a form letter comes back. Many pieces of correspondence are ‘no reply.’ More efforts are being created to
silo the shelter away from input and response to the community.
To the animal rescues: Several rescues are no longer willing to take animals from CSBAS. Some say dogs are sick because of the
poor hygiene--many dogs have giardia. Several rescues have said that the reason that the parvo and distemper outbreaks have
been so extended can be attributed to poor vaccine and hygienic habits. Networkers have heard that having so many sick dogs
may serve the staff in allowing them to kill more animals.
The well-being of animals in care must be a priority concern. Their lives are important to them, to us and to the overall wellbeing of
the City of San Bernardino community.
