In the 8.12.25 Planning Commission meeting, Code enforcement officers were
called lackadaisical by the new Code Enforcement Division Manager after
evaluations were completed. The city has only 16 code enforcement officers.
Now teamed up with SBPD. Alarming.
Under items that need to be considered.
Item 18.
Fourth of July. Ward 4 sounded and looked like the 1968 TET offensive in the
Vietnam Conflict. How offensive, Mayor Tran, CM Shorett coming from your
backgrounds.
My family made contact 69 times in 2 days to the SBPD and SB County
Sheriff. Mayor Tran, CM Shorett how many contacts did you make?
Since April 16 2025, you have made this issue a personal vendetta against CW
Ortiz.
Safe and sane fireworks (an oxymoron) IS the gateway drug to illegal fireworks
above the 210.
You have chosen to ignore the care of the firefighters , the Sheriff Department
who cover calls the SBPD cannot, our animals, our children on the spectrum,
and our veterans suffering with PTSD.
My family resides in all Wards and owns county property. Move this forward
or look at a lawsuit.
Item 19.
California is NOT a stop and ID state. No policy voted by this council, will
ever supersede the law of this state. Tracking participants is a Gestapo tactic
first used in 1940. BB&K offering failed legal advice?
At the 6.10.25 Planning Commission Meeting Commissioner Pratt from Ward
6 vilified, in his uninformed opinion, the Ontario Police Department after CM
Ward 1 stalked and confronted the officers doing their jobs under contract. CM
Flores, mail the letter from the OPD to him.
At the 8.12.25 Planning Commission Meeting Ngalande from Ward 5 equated
the homeless to “like cockroaches to candy”.
Planning Commissioner Dailey from Ward 1 also called them “flies to honey”.
Both vile statements.
You will not undermine the hard work that Deputy Director Searcy has put
forth as this council has been vilifying and gaslighting our fellow human
beings.
Council, you are to mirror the community in which you serve and your
Planning Commissioners are to mirror you.
A navigation Center is a value to those until it no longer NEEDED.
The word is compassion.
Jesus and the 12 Apostles were also homeless, constantly panhandling for
shelter, food and water, correct?
The Philistines would agree, CW Knaus, that they were also seen as
“cockroaches to candy”. Looking for care from those that dared, because they
offered love over fear. Faith, hope and charity. They crucified him for that, then
hunted down the Apostles, killing them, except the Apostle John.
Be the guiding light council for ALL who reside here, house or tent.
So disappointed and sad.
