Adopt Resolution No. 2025-393 of the Mayor and City Council of the City of San Bernardino, California, adopting a Categorical Exemption under the California Environmental Quality Act Section 15301(c), and approving General Plan Amendment 25- 03 to amend the Circulation Element to add Citywide Truck Routes Option A pursuant to Assembly Bill 98 (AB 98), (Attachment 1A).
