Mayor and council members,
My name is Jessica Aparicio and I am a long time community member of San Bernardino and
resident of San Bernardino County. I urge council members to listen to it's constituents and
not change how the Mayor is elected. The Mayor should continue to be held accountable by its
constituents and voters. This would be against the purpose of having a Mayor to lead and
make decisions on behalf of their constituents. Voters will remember who voted to take our
voice away.
