Hello, my name is Eloisa Contreras. I am a native of San Bernardino and all I want to see is San
Bernardino thrive! I am in total disagreement with the proposed measure. I feel that the community has
the right to elect and vote for a mayor and we should not eliminate primary elections. We have the right
to vote for who we feel is the best candidate. Leave the Mayor position and leave everything the way it
is.
