The repairs will require the closure of the eastbound Waterman Avenue on and off ramps, the adjacent auxiliary lane, and the Tippecanoe Avenue/Anderson Street off ramp. Please plan ahead, expect delays, and use alternate routes if possible. City Earns Tree City U.S.A. Designation For the third year in a row, San Bernardino has been recognized as a Tree City USA by the Arbor Day Foundation for its ongoing efforts to maintain its urban forest through a comprehensive urban forestry and tree management program.
