RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SAN BERNARDINO AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A CONSENT TO
COMMON USE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AND THE
SAN BERNARDINO COUNTY FLOOD CONTROL DISTRICT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CIT-i
OF SAN BERNARDINO AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION ONE: That the City of San Bernardino enter into
and execute a Consent to Common Use Agreement for the construc-
tion of a certain public street to be known as State Street,
between Kendall Drive and the site of the California State Colle
at San Bernardino, which street construction will necessitate
City's acquisition of road rights -of -way.
SECTION TWO: That the said Consent to Common Use Agree-
ment referred to 'herein, a copy of which is attached hereto,
marked Exhibit "A" and is 'hereby referred to and made a part
hereof as though set out at length 'herein, is hereby approved.
SECTION THREE: That the Mayor of the City of San Bernar-
dino is hereby authorized and directed to execute said Common
Use Agreement on behalf of the City of San Bernardino.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was duly
adopted by the Mayor and Common Council of the City of San Ber-
