Hi,
My name is Daniel Stamegna and I am writing you this email on behalf of my father, Ivano
Stamegna in regards to Item #2 Bice Property and in efforts to ensure that he is available and
on standby to participate if necessary for tonight's meeting.
Ivano has been advised to be prepared to possibly participate as you can see in the emails

Ivano and David,
Please be advised that the Bice Property is on the City
Council Agenda for next Wednesday, April 15th. As we
have discussed, staff is recommending your team to the
Mayor and City Council for their consideration. Staff
believes your team has the most experience and
knowledge about the property and area surrounding the
site to get a project through and completed. I will also
be informing the other two companies that we will not be
recommending them. Lastly, the City Council meetings
are no longer held in the Library, but are now conducted
electronically due to the pandemic. Please check the
City’s website for directions on how to watch and
participate in the meeting.

After checking the City's website for instructions on how to participate in the meeting and
having spoken with the City over the phone regarding instructions on how to make sure he is
virtually available for the meeting, I have been recommended to provide you with his contact
information here. We will be tuning in to the meeting from the link provided on the agenda,
but we want to do what we can to make sure he is available if needed.
